Right to data portability

4. Newsletter


Newsletter data

If you would like to receive our newsletter, we require a valid email address as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the specified email address and that you agree to receive this newsletter. No additional data is collected or is only collected on a voluntary basis. We only use this data to send the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties.
We will, therefore, process any data you enter onto the contact form only with your consent per Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can revoke consent to the storage of your data and email address as well as their use for sending the newsletter at any time, e.g. through the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter. The data processed before we receive your request may still be legally processed.
The data provided when registering for the newsletter will be used to distribute the newsletter until you cancel your subscription when said data will be deleted. Data we have stored for other purposes (e.g. email addresses for the members area) remain unaffected.

6. Disclosure of data

Your personal data will not be sent to third parties for any purposes other than those listed below. We only share your data with third parties if:

  • You have given your explicit consent to this in accordance with point (a) of Article 6(1) GDPR,
  • Disclosure in accordance with point (f) of Art. 6(1) GDPR is necessary to assert, exercise or defend legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in the non-disclosure of your data,
  • In the event that there is a legal obligation to disclose data in accordance with point (c) of Article 6(1) GDPR,
  • This is permissible by law and required for the implementation of contractual relationships with you in accordance with point (b) of Article 6(1) GDPR.



7. Rights of the Data Subject

If your personal data is processed, you are a data subject within the meaning of the GDPR and you have the following rights towards our company:

  • To request information about your personal data that we have processed in accordance with Article 15 GDPR. Specifically, you can request information about the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage duration, the existence of a right to correct, delete, restrict processing or object, the existence of a right to complain, the origin of your data if it was not collected by us, as well as the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, and potentially meaningful information about the details of such data;
  • In accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, to request the immediate correction of inaccuracies or the completion of your personal data that we have stored;
  • In accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us, where this is not necessary for exercising the right of freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims;
  • In accordance with Art. 18 GDPR, to request the restriction of processing of your personal data, where you dispute the accuracy of your data and processing is unlawful but you refuse its deletion and we no longer require the data, but you still need it in order to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or you have submitted an objection against processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR;
  • In accordance with Art. 20 GDPR, to obtain your personal data that you provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to request the transmission of such data to another controller;
  • In accordance with Art. 7(3) GDPR, to withdraw the consent you granted us at any time. As a result of this, we will no longer be allowed to continue with the processing of data that is based on this consent and a complaint can be lodged with a supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR.
  • In accordance with Art. 21 GDPR, to file an objection to the processing of your personal data, insofar as there are reasons for this arising from your specific situation or the objection concerns direct marketing.
